Water Supply PID Control Application

 1.Inverter will display motor speed,setting pressure and feedback pressure.

Setting:

1.  b9-02 LED Running parameter display 1set to C01F

2.  b9-03 LED Running parameter display 2set to 0801 

3.  b9-05 motor speed display coefficient4 poles motor set to 0.3000that is 1500rpm),2 poles motor set to 0.6000that is 3000rpm.

Set this parameter formulaSetting value= motor rated RPM/500*0.1 

4.  b9-06 motor speed display decimal point digitset to 1.

5.  After setting, press button to display following parameters: Setting frequency---DC Bus Voltage—Output voltage---Output current---Motor speed RPM---Setting pressure---Feedback pressure---Inverter temperature.

Above parameters are valid when b0-03=8 ,PID control valid.
