EMHEATER after sales service policy

1. We provide 18 months warranty period for all products.  Caused by products quality fault within warranty period, we provide free charge components and load shipping cost or deliver components with next order.  After warranty period, we still provide replacing components with material cost.

2. Within the warranty period, maintenance will be charged for the damages caused by the following reasons:

    A.  Improper use or repair/modification without EMHEATER prior permission.     B.  Fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other disasters or secondary disaster.     C.  Hardware damage caused by dropping or transportation after procurement.     D.  Improper operation.      E.  Trouble made out of the frequency inverter (For example, external device).

3. Client purchased products from local distributor, please firstly contact local distributor for after sale service, EMHEATER will not provide free charge service for indirect clients.
